Our projects awarded in the Better Future Design Awards!

Four of our projects received awards in the 2026 Better Future Design Awards, in both the European and global editions! The Colliers office and the BursztyNova restaurant received gold awards, the BorgWarner office received a silver award, and the Vaillant office was shortlisted.

The Better Future European Design Awards recognise projects that combine innovative design with a positive social and environmental impact, assessing aesthetics, functionality, spatial planning and finishes.

The new Colliers office in Warsaw is the first “office of the future.” Designed by us, for us, it responds to the evolving needs of modern work: greater flexibility, seamless access to technology, and above all – the desire for meaningful human connections. At the same time, with growing awareness of climate change, we made conscious design decisions to reduce our environmental impact

We created a wide range of spaces supporting different work styles – areas for teamwork, conference rooms adapted for hybrid collaboration, flexible training spaces, as well as quiet focus rooms and phone booths. Equally important is the boutique client zone, which is not a typical reception area.

The client area is a place where the energy of meetings, workshops and business events creates an atmosphere of inspiration and exchange of ideas. Instead of a traditional reception, clients are greeted by a concierge. A little further on, there is a bar inspired by the best hotel lobbies and boutique cafés, open to a space with intimate enclaves, partially separated tables and sofas offering privacy for conversations.

The new BursztyNova restaurant location is a space where tradition meets modernity. The interior’s colour palette was inspired by the brand’s flagship cheeses: Bursztyn, Szafir and Rubin. A seven-metre curved bar connects the drinks area with the delicatessen and has become the venue’s central focal point. Thanks to its flexibility, the project stands out – a movable wall allows the space to be adapted for private events

We drew on over a century of company tradition and craftsmanship. Every detail – from the cheese-inspired colour scheme to the open kitchen and informative graphics – is intended to engage guests, showcase the brand’s identity, and create a unique experience from the moment they walk in.

The BorgWarner office project combines inspiration from nature with modern technology to create a space that supports work and wellbeing. The interior is filled with greenery and natural motifs, and the themed meeting rooms draw inspiration from rivers, deserts and forests. Thanks to the use of eco-friendly materials and local suppliers, the project meets the expectations of a modern workplace while being environmentally conscious.

Another key element was flexibility and spatial diversity. The office comprises focus zones, teamwork areas and social spaces, enabling employees to select an environment that aligns with their work preferences. The attention given to user comfort is evident in the acoustic partitions, soft lighting and ergonomic solutions.

Our office design for Vaillant is a prime example of flexible, sustainable design, merging functionality with local identity. Guests are welcomed by a friendly entrance area featuring soft seating instead of a traditional reception desk. The workspace caters for the needs of contemporary hybrid teams, offering zones adapted to various work styles. The project incorporates custom-designed murals and storytelling elements that connect the interior with local culture and the brand’s long-standing values

We began the process of designing Vaillant’s new office by conducting a workshop to thoroughly analyze the needs and work specifics of both the company and its employees. In creating the design concept for the office, we tried to reflect the innovative, modern character of the company, including the use of distinctive materials and tailoring the space to the needs of individual teams.

The Better Future Design Awards demonstrate that spaces grounded in brand identity, sustainable thinking, and an in-depth understanding of client needs offer the greatest value. We are proud that our projects not only meet user expectations, but also inspire and promote wellbeing, setting new quality standards in interior design.
