Inchcape

New office, new location, a new expression of the brand. Elegant, understated interiors create a refined backdrop for the client's business, while a subtle automotive theme is reflected in meeting rooms named after iconic car models. This project demonstrates how design can become a powerful tool for building brand identity. The client's active involvement played a key role, particularly in the selection of bold color schemes and unconventional open-plan space divisions, which give the interior a distinctive and memorable character. Equally important were the social spaces, developed in close collaboration with the client's project team. Through a shared attention to detail and a highly collaborative process, the result is a cohesive, functional workplace that responds perfectly to the needs of its users.

Colliers Warsaw office

Colliers’ Warsaw office directly responds to evolving demands by embodying the future of office environments through the “Newffice” concept, which harmoniously integrates the three “Bs”: , flexible spatial design (Bricks), innovative technology (Bytes), spaces tailored to diverse team-specific working styles and requirements (Behaviours), and all of this in line with sustainable development principles.
