Moët Hennessy Office and BursztyNova Restaurant projects with Gold in Arch Design Awards!
Two projects by Colliers Define – the new headquarters of Moët Hennessy Poland and the BursztyNova restaurant – have been recognised by the jury of the prestigious Arch Design Awards 2025, each earning a Golden Arch Design Award in the categories of Commercial & Office Architecture, and Restaurants & Bars Architecture. Both projects reflect the unique design approach of our architects, combining aesthetic appeal, functionality, and the core values of each brand.
The Arch Design Awards celebrate the most interesting, well-designed, innovative solutions in the disciplines of architectural and interior design highlighting projects that stand out for their sustainable approach and positive impact on users. The Golden Arch Design awarded for the projects have excellent design, flawless functional solutions, innovative and contemporary use of materials and green technologies, outstanding artistic and market values.
The new Moët Hennessy Poland office is located in the prestigious Metropolitan building in Warsaw. Its interior draws inspiration from the elegance of the company’s Paris headquarters. Colliers Define’s architects have created a space that reflects the brand’s luxurious identity and heritage while offering a comfortable and highly functional work environment.
The office was designed for around 30 employees, with a focus on comfort and functionality. The reception area surprises visitors with an unconventional feature – instead of a traditional front desk, a sophisticated bar welcomes guests, evoking the ambience of an exclusive showroom and reinforcing the brand’s premium image. Although the space has an open plan layout, it has been divided into smaller zones to support teamwork, ensure privacy, and minimise distractions.
Instead of a typical office, we have created a place with the atmosphere of a luxury showroom or exclusive premises. To add a touch of chic to the space, we applied some innovative solutions in terms of design and quality of finish – using elegant wood and a muted colour palette inspired by Parisian style. The result is not only a work environment that fosters employee productivity, but also a space that powerfully reinforces the brand’s image.
The BursztyNova restaurant, located in the heart of Warsaw, also strongly reflects its brand identity. Colliers Define’s designers created a modern interpretation of the heritage of a company specialising in artisanal cheese production. Drawing inspiration from its flagship cheeses – Bursztyn, Szafir and Rubin – they designed an interior using a refined colour palette and enriched it with graphics depicting the cheese-making process, which is central to BursztyNova’s menu.
The interior is defined by dark tones, accented with golden lighting, wooden elements, and acoustic panels, creating an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The focal point of the space is a striking seven-metre-long bar, divided into two areas – one for drinks, and the other a deli counter featuring cheeses and complementary products. The bar’s gently curved shape, illuminated details, and golden highlights add a subtle elegance to the interior.
The project perfectly blends aesthetics with practicality. A movable partition wall allows for a separate, intimate area without disrupting the overall layout of the restaurant. Another standout feature is the open kitchen, giving guests a direct view of the cooking process.
In designing BursztyNova, our aim was to create a space deeply aligned with the brand’s DNA. We drew on over a century of company tradition and craftsmanship. Every detail – from the cheese-inspired colour scheme to the open kitchen and informative graphics – is intended to engage guests, showcase the brand’s identity, and create a unique experience from the moment they walk in.
These awards not only recognise our work – for which we are deeply grateful – but also affirm that brand-driven projects rooted in sustainability and a deep understanding of client needs offer the greatest value today. We are proud that our designs not only meet user expectations but also set new benchmarks for quality in interior architecture.
